Can I return beverage products?
Due to the perishable nature of our beverage products, we are unable to accept returns for drinks. However, if your items arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, please contact us right away, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or you have concerns about the products, please take a photo of the damaged items and email us at info@thenabeveragecompany.com. We will work with you to find a solution.
Can I return merchandise or non-beverage items?
Yes, we accept returns for non-beverage items such as merchandise. To start the return process, please email us at info@thenabeveragecompany.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item back. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
How do I get a refund for my return?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since you were notified of your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at info@thenabeveragecompany.com.
